Mrs. Zdeňka Tušková, reg. no. 64872076, based in Praha 4, Mojmírova 1739/8, ZIP code: 140 00, Czech Republic, and Equilibrium s.r.o., reg. no. 26419467, based in Praha 4, Mečislavova 208/4, ZIP code: 140 00, Czech Republic (both refered to as „provider“ below), provide services in the area of personal development and self-knowledge and for this reason they organise lectures, courses, schooling, seminars and trainings (refered to as „educational events“ below) not only for wide public, but also for coaches, teachers, psychologists, therapists, and other helping occupations with interest in personal developments and self-knowledge. The provider also operates her website at http://www.konstelace.eu/.

This privacy policy are applied to persons who showed interest in sending newsletters, business communications, or addressing in connection with service offer of the provider, mainly courses, seminar, trainings or other educational events (refered to as „commercial communication“).

The provider is the trustee of the personal data. The provided protects all the processed personal data before their misusing, and he treates them in adccordance with valid legal regulations of privacy policy, mainly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by the European Parliament and the Councel (EU) 2016/679 issued on April 27, 2016, about privacy policy, generally known as „GDPR“.

  2. contact data – email address

It concerns the personal data provided directly in the form „Do you want to get newsletter?“ published on the provider‘s website ttp://www.konstelace.eu/ or in any other form demonstrating consent to the sending of commercial communications.

 

What period does the provider keep personal data for?

The provider processes and stores personal data for the duration of the consent to the processing of personal data, or to the withdrawal of consent to processing, or in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Act on Certain Information Society Services), as amended.

 

Who processes personal data?

All mentioned personal data are processed by the provider as an administrator specifying in this policy the defined purposes for which he/she manages the personal data, specifying the means of processing and appropriate for his/her proper execution. For the processing of personal data, the provider uses the services of other processors who process personal data only according to the provider‘s instructions and for purposes determined by the provider. Such processors may be suppliers of information systems and technical infrastructure, or website administrator.

What are the rights to the addressee of commercial communications in connection with the processing of personal data?

The addressee of the commercial communications, as a data subject, has the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data, which he/she may at any time apply to the provider. In the case of repeated or manifestly unjustified applications for the exercise of the rights listed below (except for the right to lodge a complaint), the provider is entitled to charge a reasonable charge for resolving the claim or reject the application.

Right to access to personal data: The addressee of commercial communications has the right to information on whether and for what purposes the provider processes personal data, for what purpose and for what time, who processes them, to whom he/she transfers them, and what other rights are associated with the processing of its personal data. The addressee of commercial communications is entitled to ask the provider for a confirmation of the processing of his personal data by the provider.

Right to data portability: In the event of the personal data of the addressee of commercial communications processed in an electronic form on the basis of a contract or consent, the addressee of commercial communications may request their transmission in an electronic form for the purpose of transferring them to a third party. In the event that the exercise of this right adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others, the provider does not comply with this request.

Right to correct inaccurate personal data and to complete incomplete data: In the event of the addressee of commercial communications finds that the data processed by the provider is inaccurate or incomplete, the addressee of the commercial communications has the right to request a correction or amendment which will be made by the provider without undue delay.

Right to deletion of personal data: The addressee of commercial communications has the right to delete personal data if personal data are not needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or the addressee of bcommercial communications withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, which their processing his/her consent is necessary for, the addressee of commercial communications raises objections to the processing of the objection and there are no prevailing legitimate reasons for the processing of his/her personal data, or personal data are processed unlawfully.

Right to limit the processing of personal data: In the event that the addressee of the commercial communications requests a limitation on the processing of personal data, the provider discloses personal data to the addressee of the commercial communications or perform other processing operations so that the personal data of the addressee of commercial communications are not subject to any further processing operations for a limited period of time . The limitation will be made if the addressee of the commercial communications denies the accuracy of the personal data for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of the personal data by the provider; processing is illegal and the addressee of commercial communications refuses the deletion of personal data and seeks to limit their use instead; the provider no longer needs personal data for processing, but the addressee of commercial communications is required to identify, exercise or defend legal claims; during the investigation, whether the addressee's objection to commercial communications against the processing of personal data by the addressee of commercial communications is justified.

Right to object to the processing of personal data: The addressee of commercial communications has the right to object to the processing of personal data, which occurs on the legitimate interest of the provider. If the provider does not have serious legitimate reasons for such processing to continue, the provider will cease to process the personal data of the addressee on the basis of the objection raised.

 

Right to file a complaint: The addressee of commercial communications can file a complaint against the provider of the processing of personal data to the Office for Personal Data Protection based in Prague 7, Pplk. Sochora 27, ZIP code: 170 00, Czech Republic.
