The provider processes and stores personal data for the duration of the consent to the processing of personal data, or to the withdrawal of consent to processing, or in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Act on Certain Information Society Services), as amended.

Right to access to personal data: The addressee of commercial communications has the right to information on whether and for what purposes the provider processes personal data, for what purpose and for what time, who processes them, to whom he/she transfers them, and what other rights are associated with the processing of its personal data. The addressee of commercial communications is entitled to ask the provider for a confirmation of the processing of his personal data by the provider.
